Abstract

Este proyecto busca disminuir la incidencia social a lo largo del malecón María Piedad mediante la implementación de cubiertas verdes las cuales están proyectadas en varios tramos a lo largo del malecón, se propone realizarlas con estructura metálica, las cuales servirán de soporte para plantas trepadoras y colgantes. Las cuales nos permitirán generar sombra y disminuir la temperatura a lo largo del malecón, permitiéndonos tener un ambiente fresco, a más de permitirnos obtener una mejor imagen del mismo haciéndolo más agradable a la vista y poder convertirlo en un atractivo turístico para el cantón Durán. En la propuesta se intervendrán las zonas, juegos, ejercicios, contemplación, y de descanso. De igual manera se intervendrán y aumentaran las áreas verdes mediante la implementación de un estructura de acero que servirá de soporte y guía para plantas trepadoras como Glicina (Wisteria Sinensis), las cuales permitirán a las personas que visitan este espacio poder disfrutar de un momento ameno y a su vez poder contemplar la vista del rio Guayas al mismo tiempo que aprecian la combinación de colores generado por el diverso tipo de vegetación que se propone

In the same way the green areas will be intervened and increased by the implementation of a steel structure that will serve as support and guide for climbing plants such as Glicina (Wisteria Sinensis), which will allow the people who visit this space to enjoy a pleasant moment At the same time, we can contemplate the view of the Guayas river while appreciating the combination of colors generated by the diverse type of vegetation that is proposed.
