La sistematización de experiencia corresponde al periodo de práctica pre profesional realizado en la ciudad de Guayaquil durante los meses de febrero a septiembre 2015 en la Empresa Datamarketing ubicada en la calle Tungurahua 519 y 9 de octubre.
La práctica pre profesional permitió confirmar la importancia que tiene para la organización contar con un Departamento que realice la Gestión Integral de Talento Humano, y garantizar la calidad del servicio a los clientes internos y generar un alineamiento en el personal hacia el objetivo estratégico de la Empresa.
En este análisis que se realizó acerca de la gestión administrativa de la Empresa Datamarketing, se pudo constatar las deficiencias y debilidades que se generaban en la empresa al manejar algunos procesos correspondientes a la Gestión del Talento Humano descentralizados y repartidos en algunas áreas y cargos que no tienen las competencias técnicas para ejecutar un proceso de Talento Humano The systematization of experience corresponds to the pre-professional practice period held in the city of Guayaquil during the months of February to September 2015 in the Datamarketing Company located at 519 Tungurahua Street and 9 October.
The pre-professional practice confirmed the importance for the organization of having a Department that carries out the Integral Management of Human Talent, and to guarantee the quality of the service to the internal clients and generate an alignment in the personnel towards the strategic objective of the Company .
In this analysis that was made about the administrative management of the Datamarketing Company, it was possible to verify the deficiencies and weaknesses that were generated in the company when managing some processes corresponding to the Human Resource Management decentralized and distributed in some areas and positions that do not They have the technical skills to execute a Human Talent process. In this sense, a Department was implemented in which the subsystems of the Integral Management of Human Talent are executed, developed and controlled. This way is the way to align all the personnel for the fulfillment of the strategic objectives of the Company, therefore when implementing this department, processes, procedures,
policies and regulations that regulated the administration of human resources with integral management
