Tratamiento de paciente clase I con divergencia anterior del plano palatal

Abstract

Este trabajo permite reconocer las características propias de un paciente con clase I esqueletal y clase III molar y canina con una mordida cruzada anterior. Se puede llegar a un diagnostico de estas patologías en la oclusión a edades tempranas mediante la ayuda de una serie de herramientas entra las cuales existe el análisis cefalométrico el cual permite tener un conocimiento más exacto del problema y poder establecer un tratamiento adecuado. La mordida cruzada anterior y la consiguiente divergencia del plano palatal, puede corregirse con el uso de la máscara facial ya que es de gran ayuda para tratar problemas de tipo esqueletal, como la retrusión del maxilar superior estimulando su desarrollo y permitiendo descruzar la mordida en el sector anterior. Además causo una reducción considerable en la divergencia anterior del plano palatal y mejoro notablemente la proclinación dentoalveolar.

This work can recognize a patient's own skeletal features with class I and class III molar and canine with a crossbite. You can get a diagnosis of these pathologies in occlusion at an early age with the help of a number of tools which there enters the cephalometric analysis which allows a more accurate understanding of the problem and to establish appropriate treatment. The above cross and the consequent divergence of the palatal plane bite can be corrected with the use of the face mask as it is helpful to treat problems of skeletal type, such as the retrusion of the maxilla stimulating their development and allowing uncross bite in the anterior. I also caused a considerable reduction in the previous divergence of palatal plane and the dentoalveolar proclination remarkably improved.
