Evaluación de riesgos laborales en el área de barnizado en Indusria Gráfica, Empresa Litotec S.A.

Abstract

El desarrollo de esta investigación se realizó para diagnosticar la situación actual de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional en la Industria Gráfica Litotec S,A específicamente relacionado en el proceso de Barnizado UV con el objetivo de que la empresa estudiada pueda cumplir con leyes y normativas legales vigentes impuestas por el Ministerio de Trabajo y así evitar sanciones o posibles enfermedades ocupacionales a presentarse en los colaboradores de la entidad, empezando con un levantamiento de información general en el proceso de Barnizado UV en la elaboración de cajas y etiquetas de esta dependencia identificando los peligros existente utilizando como método el análisis de riesgo a la tarea (ART) y matriz de riesgo triple criterio. En este estudio de campo exploratorio descriptivo se observa un total de dos tareas críticas y veinte y dos semi- críticas para lo cual se realizan un total de 10 recomendaciones..

The development of this research was conducted to diagnose the current situation of Occupational Health and Safety in the graphical industry Litotec S,A specifically related to the process of UV varnish with the objective that the company concerned will comply with laws and legal regulations imposed by the Ministry of Labor and thus avoid sanctions or possible occupational diseases happen in the collaborators of the entity, starting with a lifting of general information in the process of UV varnish in the elaboration of boxes and labels of this unit by identifying the existing hazards using as the risk analysis method to the task (ART) and risk matrix triple criterion. In this study of descriptive exploratory field there is a total of two critical tasks and twenty two semi- critical for which are performed a total of 10 Recommendations.
