VALORACIÓN DE LOS ATRACTIVOS TURÍSTICOS DE LA PARROQUIA SAN ANDRÉS DE LA CANOA, CANTÓN SAN VICENTE, PROVINCIA DE MANABÍ, PARA LA DIVERSIFICACIÓN DEL TURISMO DE LA ZONA

Abstract

El turismo de sol y playa es una de las modalidades de turismo que más flujo de turistas mueve a nivel internacional. El presente trabajo de investigación aborda la problemática que en la actualidad es el mayor obstáculo en el desarrollo turístico de los sectores costeros y que está claramente identificado en las costas ecuatorianas, esto es la polarización del turismo debido a la falta de diversificación de la oferta dejando de lado la infraestructura y centrándose específicamente en los recursos naturales y culturales, para combatir dicho problema se requiere seguir una serie de pasos que permiten identificar el potencial existente en los lugares turísticos, abarcando todos los atractivos, para propiciar el desarrollo turístico de estas zonas, además de garantizar el cuidado y respeto de los atractivos, ya que también se evalúa la vulnerabilidad de los mismo. Por lo mencionado se procedió a recabar la información necesaria que aporte con la erradicación del mencionado problema, es así que se llegó a la elaboración de fichas para realizar un inventario turístico mediante lo cual se elabora la respectiva valoración donde se logró medir el potencial de cada atractivo identificado y la oportunidad que presenta cada uno para formar parte del inventario turístico local y nacional. A través de encuestas y entrevista se determinó las preferencias y tendencias actuales del turista nacional e internacional que llega hasta esta parte de la costa ecuatoriana, mediante lo cual se establecieron los atractivos que formarían parte del plan de promoción que contribuirá con la diversificación del turismo en la zona.

The sun and beach tourism is one of the forms of tourism that moves more flow of tourists internationally. This research addresses the issue that currently is the biggest obstacle in tourism development of coastal areas and that is clearly identified in the Ecuadorian coast, this is the polarization of tourism due to the lack of diversification of supply leaving side infrastructure and focusing specifically on natural and cultural resources, to combat this problem is required to follow a series of steps that identify the existing potential in tourist areas, covering all the attractions to promote tourism development in these areas, besides ensuring the care and respect of the attractions, and also the vulnerability itself it is evaluated. As mentioned proceeded to gather the information necessary contribution to the eradication of that problem, so it came to the development of chips for a tourist inventory whereby the respective valuation is made where it was possible to measure the potential of each identified attractiveness and opportunity presented each to be part of local and national tourist inventory. Through surveys and interviews preferences and trends of national and international tourists coming to this part of the Ecuadorian coast was determined, whereby the attractions that form part of the promotion plan will contribute to the diversification of tourism was established in area.
