SISTEMATIZACIÓN Y OPTIMIZACIÓN DE PROCESOS DE ADMISIÓN Y TALENTO HUMANO DE CENTRO DE REHABILITACIÓN INTEGRAL ESPECIALIZADO – GUAYAQUIL # 2 EN PHP Y MYSQL

Abstract

En el mundo actual respecto a la tecnología de información han ofrecido avances exponenciales en agilitar actividades que se realizan cotidianamente, razón por la cual en organizaciones surgen necesidades de brindar, optimizar y mejorar los servicios de soporte técnico. El Centro de Rehabilitación Integral Especializado - Guayaquil # 2 en su última directiva y actual, se han realizado cambios notorios empezando por el crecimiento del personal y adquisición de nuevos equipos tecnológicos, no obstante poseen inconvenientes al enfrentar un gran número de pacientes al no poseer un sistema que agilite eficazmente las transacciones efectuadas por el usuario adicionalmente no cuentan con un aplicativo que permita el registro de nuevo personal que ingrese a esta casa de salud. El primordial objetivo de esta labor fue cumplir con la implementación de una herramienta Open Source que permita dar solución a los conflictos presentados en el CRIE – G2 y que el usuario pueda desempeñar sus actividades de manera ágil y oportuna.

The primary objective of this work was to comply with the implementation of an Open Source tool to solve conflicts presented in the CRIE - G2 and the user can carry out their activities in a quick and timely manner.
