One subject that has not been covered in the national doctrine is the procedural annulment in the arbitration. This article seeks to demonstrate that the procedural annulment institution is perfectly applicable to the arbitra-tion; analyzing, for that purpose, the relationship between arbitration and general procedural law from the per-spective of the proceeding theory.Un tema no abordado en la doctrina nacional es el de la nulidad procesal en el arbitraje. El presente artículo busca demostrar que el instituto de la nulidad procesal es perfectamente aplicable al arbitraje, analizando, para ello, la relación existente entre arbitraje y teoría general del proceso desde la óptica de la teoría del procedimiento.
