Pronunciation is an important component of language as grammar and vocabulary. Teaching of pronunciation in a systematic way has been ignored for a long time. Non-native speakers often fail to produce the accurate
pronunciation at word level that requires the appropriate articulation of the
elements that are part of the system that generates sounds. It is important for
non-native speakers to produce the sounds accurately and consistently. The
correct articulation produces the important sounds of words of a phrase or
sentence and has a profound effect on how easily people understand each other. A non-native speaker often has problems to catch and produce an adequate articulation and the correct sounds. In most of the places of our country, and in this case Latacunga and specially Hermano Miguel School, the influence of Spanish in English is of remarkable consideration. Much of the pronunciation of the people use the forms that are used in Spanish, including those forms of pronunciation that is a characteristic of the people where they live or where they are from. Most of the people who teach English do not consider this situation that have to be considered for
having better results in the English pronunciation. This work is directed to help the studies of the understanding for acquiring the basic elements of English language pronunciation articulation and gives some helping for making this in a better way...
