| dc.description | One way to analyze the process of adjudication the Law is to understand it as a collective action. In this work the author exposes, first, five conceptions of collective action (Bratman, Shapiro, Kutz, Gilbert and Sánchez-Brígido); Second, he criticizes these conceptions for not having made important distinctions between levels of analysis and focus, which has affected their treatment of the Law’s normativity. Finally, the author ends by exposing his conventionalist vision of law, which overcomes the difficulties of the conceptions examined. | en-US |
| dc.description | Una manera de analizar el proceso de aplicación del derecho es entenderlo como una acción colectiva. En este trabajo el autor expone, en primer lugar, cinco concepciones de la acción colectiva (Bratman, Shapiro, Kutz, Gilbert y Sánchez-Brígido); en segundo lugar, critica estas concepciones por no haber realizado distinciones importantes entre niveles de análisis y de enfoque, lo que ha afectado a su tratamiento de la normatividad del derecho. Por último, el autor termina exponiendo su visión convencionalista del derecho, que supera las dificultades de las concepciones examinadas. | es-ES |
