dc.descriptionSe examina la disciplina de los requisitos de existencia del matrimonio en el nuevo Derecho Matrimonial chileno, a la luz de la ley 19.947, doctrina y jurisprudencia. Se analizan también sus relaciones con los requisitos de validez y el régimen jurídico de la declaración de inexistencia en el evento de la ausencia de los requisitos de: diversidad de sexo de los contrayentes, consentimiento, presencia del Oficial del Registro Civil e inscripción del matrimonio religioso.es-ES
