dc.descriptionThe highest aspiration of the Cuban Higher Education is the education of their students. This paper provides an analysis of how to achieve the same with the integration of academic processes, labor, research and university extension, from an interdisciplinary approach. It expresses how the design of work practice with the integration of these components, in the formation of professional education, allows to solve professional problems and meet the targets each year and the integral of an educator in correspondence with the model professional's education.en-US
