The present article intends to provoke the reflections about the problematization  from a dialectic materialistic perspective taking like person giving a reference  the various definitions and conceptualizations related with the subject matter.  They discuss categories like scientific problem, objections of study, hypothesis,  among others, that they prove to be indispensable to the hour to plan and to  develop an investigation, most of all at the educational field that phenomena  prove to be so multifaceted and complex in. They does emphasis in scientific  character  of  the  problems  that  are  resolved  intervening  the  investigation,  independently of the level of generality of the same. The scientific theory like a  system of knowledge at permanent construction and with different levels of  teorization is  conceived for it. El  presente  artículo  pretende  provocar  las  reflexiones  en  torno  a  la  problematización desde una perspectiva dialéctico­materialista tomando como  referencia las diversas definiciones y conceptualizaciones relacionadas con la  temática.  Se abordan categorías como problema científico, objeto de estudio,  hipótesis, entre otras, que resultan indispensables a la hora de planificar y  desarrollar una investigación, sobre todo en el campo educacional en el que los  fenómenos  resultan  tan  multifacéticos  y  complejos.  Se  hace  énfasis  en  el  carácter científico de los problemas que se resuelven mediante la investigación,  independientemente  del  nivel  de  generalidad  de  los  mismos.  Para  ello  se  concibe la teoría científica como un sistema de conocimientos en construcción  permanente y con diferentes niveles de teorización.
