Modelo de Aceitação de Tecnologia: Aplicação no Sistema Tutor Inteligente Mazk

Abstract

As tecnologias estão cada vez mais presentes na rotina escolar. Este trabalho tem como objetivo medir o nível de aceitação da tecnologia sistema tutor inteligente MAZK, em alunos do ensino fundamental anos finais. O trabalho se fundamenta em aspectos como: as tecnologias auxiliam os professores quando aplicadas de forma estratégica e planejada; os sistemas tutores inteligentes contribuem com o processo de ensino e aprendizagem personalizado ao aluno e na teoria de aceitação de tecnologia. A partir disso, foi realizada uma pesquisa quantitativa e aplicado modelo de aceitação de tecnologia (TAM) em alunos de 6º ao 9º ano do ensino fundamental da E.M.E.B. Jardim Atlântico. Ao término deste trabalho, foi possível identificar que os alunos demonstraram um grau aceitável de concordância, indicando uma aceitação positiva do STI MAZK e que a Facilidade de Uso Percebida é a maior responsável pela aceitação.

Technologies have been more and more prevalent inside school routines. This study aims to measure the acceptance level of the technology Intelligent Tutoring System MAZK, in students within the last years of middle school. The study was based on the follow aspects: technologies can assist teachers when applied strategically and in a planned manner,that intelligent tutoring systems contribute to the student's personalized teaching and learning process, and in the technology acceptance theory. Given that, quantitative research was performed and the technology acceptance model (TAM) was applied to middle school students of EMEB (Bilingual Education Municipal School) Jardim Atlântico, between the 6° and 9° grades. At the end of this study, it was possible to identify that the students showed an acceptable level of agreement, indicating a positive acceptance of the ITS MAZK and that the Perceived Ease of Use is the most responsible for the acceptance.
