Resumen
Para la determinación de la composición de nitrógeno óptima en un medio complejo de producción para la propagación de un actinomiceto se diseñó una matriz de experimentos basados en TAGUCHI, donde se fijaron 4 variables de entrada, que corresponden a diferentes materias primas ricas en nitrógeno y una variable de salida, la concentración de células viables, entendidas como unidades formadoras de colonia (UFC/mL).
