A influência da qualidade de informação no desempenho individual em uma empresa de logística

Abstract

Advances in Information Technology (IT), Technology led the popularization of computers and information systems. A huge amount of information is generated every day. This information should be used for the company to obtain competitive advantage. So the Information Quality (IQ), becomes critical because the lack of quality can cause serious damage to the organization. The objective of this study is to analyze the influence of information quality on individual performance of employees of a logistics company. Thus, a quantitative survey was conducted through the analysis of closed questionnaires and self-applied to managers and supervisors of a logistics company. The survey was done through survey research. Research has shown that variables such as age and length of work influence the perception of information quality. Also we found that variables of IQ, as the information will not be biased influence the perception of individual impacts.
