Percepção dos participantes sobre o programa agentes comunitários de desenvolvimento da Cresol Liderança - PA Chopinzinho

Abstract

The present work aims to analyze the perception of the associates participants of the 2017-2019 class on the Agent Training Program Development Committees at Cresol Liderança – PA Chopinzinho. Therefore, was carried out, a descriptive research with a qualitative approach through the application forms and interviews with the 14 agents participating in the Program. Created on 1999 by Cresol of the municipality of Marmeleiro, the Program became an action of the entire Cresol system, and since then it has had the participation of associates sign up and by participating they have the mission of disseminating cooperativism in their communities, thus bringing the cooperative closer to its members. With research carried out, it was possible to verify that the actions generated by the Program knowledge and actions that could be implemented in the properties, as well as as the approximation between the cooperative and the participating agents. However, despite positive evaluations, changes and improvements were pointed out to accompany the changes in the financial market and cooperatives.
