Resumen
Liming is one of the most suitable techniques for delivering calcium and magnesium to the soil, and also raise the pH and reduce the acidity, aluminum and iron, and consists in the release of other nutrients. This study aims to assess the development of urograndis Eucalyptus and verify the effectiveness of solid limestone, gypsum and limestone in liquid soil amendment in depth. The experiment was conducted in the municipality of Dois Vizinhos, 25 ° 42'52 " S latitude and longitude of 53 ° 03'94 "W with altitude about 560 m. It is a completely randomized design in an experiment with four replications, plots of 5 x 5 m, soil samples being collected at 0-2.5; 2.5-5; 5-10 and 10-20 cm deep. The treatments were: Limestone; + Lime plaster; Net limestone; Plaster and the Witness. The soil chemical soil properties such as pH, Ca, Mg and Al, and attributes of the plant as plant height 180 days after planting and diameter. Treatment with limestone + Gypsum presented the best results in terms of pH and increased Ca levels in the soil, which resulted in better development of eucalyptus plants after six months of planting. Mg levels in the soil were not affected and the use of liquid lime did not affect the soil parameters analyzed.
