Formação literária por meio de diferentes manifestações artísticas: um estudo comparativo entre as obras: “Capitães da Areia” e “Última parada 174”

Abstract

The research intends to contribute, through the comparative studies between the works "Captains of the Sand" by the writer Jorge Amado and the film "Last Stop 174", to contribute to a literary formation that contemplates the different artistic manifestations, especially in the Modernist Movement, finding points of approximation between the chosen works. It aims to bring the reader closer to the texts and the different arts, expanding knowledge, valuing reading and awakening criticality. The methods used are hypothetico-deductive with documentary approach, data collection, selection, analysis. And the action-research method, which was developed with third-year high school students at the Reverendo Denoel Nicodemos Eller State School, in which it aims to analyze and compare similar aspects in the works studied, fostering a reflection on social exclusion, inequality, the abandonment. The end result was an interdisciplinary cultural exhibition with Arts. There was a social mobilization in the school with the collection of metallic seals to obtain a wheelchair and a campaign of the clothes for the benefit of the community.
