Resumen
The paper presents the executive project of a module test for concrete pumps of the industry Convincta. The module will allow the validation test record of pump operating data before it is mounted on duty on the customer's truck. The project consists of a mechanical structure to support the module pumping concrete, a power module that supplies power for operation of the equipment and a data interface for user interaction. In addition to providing the driving force for the operation of the concrete pump, the test module has a pressure reading system in specific parts of the hydraulic system of the concrete pump. This reading is demonstrated through a Human Machine Interface (HMI) which also shows possible causes and solution of irregularities in the system. The mechanical aspects of the project were carried out with the aid of the software Solidworks and hydraulic diagrams with the help of the software Auto CAD. A simulator using a Programmable Logic Control (PLC) programmed with CoDeSys software was developed to validate and refine the functionality of the test module in the context of the client company and users. To the company Convincta the test module project solves the issue that the concret pump could only be tested after its assembly on the customer's truck which caused subsequent rework, and enable verification and registration data that were not raised in tests above. The use of the module test in the company Convicta enables reduction of delivery time of the product to the customer, which will increase their market competitiveness.
