O desenvolvimento de uma ferramenta para identificação dos custos do transporte de carga realizado por transportadores autônomos

Abstract

This monograph has been developed in order to develop a tool to enable the standalone carrier analysis of the shipping amount received under the cost perspective. The data collection was made regarding the contemporary context of freight transportation and independent cargo transporters. The search for theoretical background literature was performed using cost concepts, pricing sale and methodology for the freightage composition in road freight. Completed the development phase, the tool was released to two autonomous transporters so, after inserting operational data and costs, they could make the analysis of the received freight. Finally, it revealed that the received freight by the studied self-employed transporters is below the freightage composition identified by the tool, indicating to the studied carriers the need for a review about the possibility of the adjustment of the received amount, reduced spending or increased productivity of commercial vehicle in order to ensure the operational viability and profit.
