PMOC – Plano de manutenção operação e controle nos sistemas de refrigeração do restaurante Bier Garten

Abstract

This Course Completion Work was elaborated with the intention of preparing a maintenance plan for refrigerators and air conditioners installed in the restaurant Bier Garten, located in the city of Foz do Iguaçu – PR, with reference to the PMOC worksheet established by Portaria 3.523 / 98 of August 28, 1998 of ANVISA. Based on the PMOC, visual inspection and cleaning of the equipment were performed, aiming at an improvement in the functioning as reducing the possibility of breaks of the refrigerators and air conditioners. At the end, there was an improvement in efficiency, as well as a reduction in the consumption of electricity.
