Resumen
This work aims to evaluate the influence of possible control and process variables that may be influencing the number one bearing vibration variations of an ArcelorMittal Tubarão Turbo generator. For this realization will be applied the knowledge in DOE - Design of experiments applying simple linear regression. ReliaSoft software will be used to process data collected in the field for a period of thirty days of turbo generator process and control variables. From the understanding of the disturbing variable of the bearing variation, apply the knowledge in RCM - reliability centered maintenance, using the FMECA tool, identify the root cause and the necessary maintenance actions to block and/or mitigate the failure modes and its effects. As a result of the study, the confirmation of the application of quantitative reliability to aid in the identification of problems with a level of certainty that allows us to be more confident in our decision making, contributing to increased reliability of equipment and processes in power generation at ArcelorMittal Tubarão.
