Resumen
Today's society is characterized by a rapid and diverse technological advances, making changes that occur in people's lives and this also reflects in part political. Inclusion of new technologies will make sense only if it contributes to the improvement of education, because only by having it is no guarantee of quality in education. The presence of technology should serve to enrich the educational environment, providing the construction of knowledge through an active participation and criticism from students and teachers. The current work aims to lead to reflection on the educational practice, where new technologies can assist in teaching/learning. A brief analysis on the use of computers in education and identifying this tool as being of great value in the construction of knowledge.
