Implementação do Lean Six Sigma: uma revisão sistemática

Abstract

The Lean Six Sigma (LSS) is a method of continuous improvement that can be applied in several fields, bringing different benefits for companies that can be the differential to keep them competitive in the market. Literature reviews shows that there are a few studies of implementation of LSS, where there is no specific application methodology, making implementation difficult. The objective of this paper is to raise recent studies of LSS implementation, showing its particularities, methodologies and limitations. For this, a systematic review was performed, comprising the period between 2015 and 2018. The study presents the main benefits the LSS can bring, besides the difficulties during the implementation, allowing a better understanding about procedures involved in the implementation.
