Resumen
This study propose an automated and flexible system to screw the engine support and rear train in the normal vehicles. The intention is decrease the process time, the cost of production and develop a new system automated, flexible and low cost. Mean the industrial automation concepts and ideas to develop an automated system to supply a manual process to assembly the vehicle. Present an object study applied to the automobilist industry, show the data and constrains research to apply this project. Suggest a software based in SCL (Structured Control Language). Refer the technical and commercial viability, and the risks to automate this process. Study the necessaries concepts to apply a delta parallel robot to realize the process assembly studied. The results are the automation elements necessaries to apply a parallel robot, an estimated cost, the installation constrains and a mechanical sketch about the solution using the parallel robot. This will be an experimental research, evidenced by calculations and engineering computer tools to project and simulation of the equipment and machine.
