Resumen
In Brazil, more specifically in Parana on the border with Paraguay, are major problems encountered in activity oversight of materials traded between the two countries. The cigarette is a remarkable material that has participation in this activity, because this product is highly sought after by those who sell and use shady means to avoid payment of fees for export. This contributes greatly to the increased monitoring and the subsequent seizure of the material that is collected and later sent to the deposits to be discarded. The destruction of the seized cigarettes is done first by separating the element that follows a path of recycling, and the composite material is crushed by the smoke and packaged for further delivery to landfills in the municipality. The environmental impact caused by this process led to the study of the use of these materials for development of a device that could provide an alternative to the use of sustained generating energy for use in production activities. Today, the availability of the structure of the project carried out in the previous period, where resources have been developed for grinding and separation of the constituent materials of the cigarette, developed an alternative device whose function lends itself to measurement of heat, the methodology allowed the research elements and the construction of low cost, simplified construction and using alternative materials, assembled so as to provide ease of automatic acquisition of data, providing greater ease in conducting the tests. Therefore it is necessary to conduct tests to verify the efficiency of the device, ranges varying amounts of material and controlled, with reliable results and collect data quickly and conveniently. The goal was to develop and build a system versatile enough to be used in different configurations to take advantage of heat energy that is in the industrial sector.
