Abstract

The work looks for to show concepts about Political Transition and Public Management, with sight Municipal Public Management. In this sense, presents the opportunities and threats in the national context of Political Transition. There are theoretical notes about Service Tax, Leadership and Political Power there are also allusions about the guidelines that municipalities must follow, even with a historical sketch of Santana de Parnaíba city, and a questionnaire closed and interview opened with one coordinators of the Tax Center Services.
