Abstract

The Politics of Basic Sanitation appeared with the intention of defining directives for the functions of the management of the public utilities of sanitation and establishing the guarantee of the essential service to the public health. One of the objectives of the Municipal Plans of Basic Sanitation is to know the current situation of the local authority and to plan the actions and alternatives for the universalization of the public utilities of sanitation. In this way, the objective of this work is to board the relevance of the actions proposed which improvements they were planned in the introduction of the Municipal Plan of Basic Sanitation with Integrated Management of Solid Residues for the Local authority of Guaraniaçu/Pr.
