Identificação de lideranças na Ação Juventude

Abstract

This research presents some considerations of the term leadership within the context of the Youth Action Program, conducted by the Municipality of Sao Jose dos Campos, through the Secretariat of Youth. With the objective to identify the characteristics of the formation of youth leaders, to identify strategies offered to the young segments, whether sporting or cultural means used to identify groups of interacting partners. The methodology used was case study in the form of empirically identify and describe the youth leadership within the program studied. It is concluded that the leaders participating in the program actively and acting, putting his starring role in action, participating in a democratic government making the young to the young and the young.
