Abstract

Throughout the development of the factory production system, it was realized the need to control and analyze the activities that are developed in the various sectors of the manufacturing process, from the raw material supplier to the delivery to the final consumer, passing through all the phases. The sector responsible for inventory control, storage, demand forecasting, transport and distribution network management is logistics, which will be the object of study of this work. Logistics, in short, is divided into two large groups: inbound and outbound and has defined processes in each area of its division. In this way, the identification of micro processes referring to the logistics distribution system is visualized. From this, it is intended the modeling of macro processes through the BPMN system and the analysis of micro processes through the FMEA tool. By mapping the activities developed by the sector, it is possible to understand the pattern and make a critical and analytical observation regarding the process, that is, it enables the standardization of the activity and the identification of possible improvements, such as can be proposed through quality tools.
