Resumen
The power of dairy herds has great impact on the profitability of properties. And the food concentrate to be used more efficiently. For this, it is necessary, that use cluster tools such as batch and use of diets balancing software. This study evaluated two properties of different milk production systems: one produces milk in intensive grazing system and other system-intensive confinement "compost barn". The nutritional management of the property was balancing diets in order to obtain a good levels of milk fat and protein, from 2.77% fat and 3.4% reaching thus be decreased to CCS 599, 5000 to 437000 closer to the ideal score, the initial ratio 2.78 liters of milk/kg of concentrate rose to 3.24 being a satisfactory relationship. On the property B nutritional management was to increase production that initially was 21000L/month and average of 14L/cow which was increased to 28665L/month and average 19.5L/cow. The implementation of a correct nutrition program for dairy cows provides improvement in milk reproduction efficiency rates, regardless of the production system adopted by property and may be grazing or confined. The composition of milk solids is improved and even microbiological aspects.
