Resumen
The large use of rotating machines in industries attached with the high complexity of the type of system, makes studies and analyzes are required to have a better performance of these equipments. Rotor is the main part of a rotary machine, so examine their behavior is extremely important to ensure proper operation avoiding breakages and faults. The present study aimed to carry out an analysis of the dynamic behavior of flexible rotors in order to raise their critical speeds, for that were studied the equations of all the components of a flexible rotor, from these equations was held computer simulations with the aim to achieve the first natural frequency and consequently the system critical speeds. Three different analyzes were performed for the same model, thus comparing their restrictions and advantages in relation to each other. The work used the Finite Element Method for system modeling and some tools for results and simplification of the model as the Campbell diagram, which is responsible for obtaining the critical speeds from the natural frequencies and rotational speeds system, and the pseudo-modal method that is very useful in the reduction of models with a large number of degrees of freedom. The obtained results show the success and effectiveness of the methodology, proving that the computer simulation is an excellent tool for control of flexible rotors vibrations.
