Resumen
The objective of this study was to evaluate the wood resistance of Pinus sp., The causative agent of white rot, treating it with the metabolite of Ganoderma lucidum (in vitro) and also from the woods samples immersed in solutions Chitosan polymer (QT) and N, N, Ntrimetilquitosana (TMC), according to standard D 2017 (ASTM, 2005). We evaluated two methods of processing the samples of Pinus sp, and with metabolite Ganoderma lucidum and solutions of QT and TMC polymers. In the first method, the wood samples previously treated with Ganoderma lucidm metabolite (G. lucidum) were placed on feeder blades, infected by fungus Trametes versicolor (T. versicolor). This study was performed in 10 replicates and, for comparison, other samples 10 were deposited on the feeder blades without the presence of metabolite (control samples). The second method of treatment was carried out from the submergence of wood samples on solutions of QT and TMC polymers, which took place with 10 repetitions for QT and 10 repetitions for TMC, both treatments were performed in a randomized design . For the analysis by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), three samples were used material treated only with TMC. In general, the metabolite of G. lucidum, chitosan and the TMC had a positive response in the control of white rot with the species Pinus sp., And treatment with TMC allowed a smaller mass loss of the test body , showing that the TMC was more efficient compared to chitosan and metabolite G. lucidum.
