Educate and care for the environment is the right and duty of everyone, so people should act as guardian of the environment. The doors of environmental education are many and who gets to practice it begins to realize that it is a very rich and wide area of conceptual, attitudinal and procedural knowledge, divided into three areas: formal, non- formal and informal. The objective of this study was to investigate different concepts of students in initial training of undergraduate courses in Biological Sciences, Bachelor in Rural Education and Bachelor of Forestry, Agronomy and Animal Husbandry Engineering, Environmental Education about and investigate relations with its practices in elementary schools and community. To do so, students were administered questionnaires containing open-ended questions about their representations of Environment and Environmental Education, as well as their practices and experiences to promote a more balanced environment. Then the data were analyzed in a quantitative and qualitative way according to Bogdan and Biklen (1991) and according to the theoretical assumptions of content analysis according to Bardin (2007). The category: C1 "Representation of the environment" was classified according Reigota (1995). The category: C2 "Representation of Environmental Education was classified as current Environmental Education by Sauvé (2005, p 18). The third question aimed to gather information on the experiences of these students on practical environmental education in disciplines during initial training. The fourth question aimed to investigate the environmental strategies of students, who in each of the areas of expertise can contribute to the promotion of an enabling environment. After analyzing the data from all courses Campuses Dois Vizinhos, they were compared between the first and fifth semester of each course and between courses, with the exception of the Bachelor in Education Field that contains only the fifth semester. The majority of respondents born in Paraná. The home towns of respondents are concentrated in the Southwest Region of Paraná. Most students interviewed is female. The students from Campus Dois Vizinhos represented the environment as Globalizing. The concept of Environmental Education of Campuses Dois Vizinhos is conservation. The experience of students with environmental education practices was restricted to subjects of Elementary and Secondary Education (Biology, Science and Geography ) and the upper reaches are restricted generally to the field of ecology. Most mentioned environmental strategies were the preservation, reforestation, biological control, recycling and education.
