For the food industry, the production, in most cases, is established in pushed way, having the need of introducing means to store his products. This paper aimed to identify and analyze the distribution logistics in a food company in the West of Paraná, Central Cooperative Frimesa, producer of pork meat and milk derivatives. To attend, practically, all the states in Brazil, offering agility and quality in his services, the company works with sales subsidiaries in joint logistics operators, which act like storage and subsequent distribution performed by each subsidiary in his service area. Were studied the process that occur the performing of shipments of its finished products to the operators, identifying who realizes the assembly and shipping of products, how can be mounted the loads and the volume for each operator. Giving greater emphasis to analysis the volume of loads mounted, each month, for each operator, comparing the monthly production of plants of two lines, noting also, some relevant factors to this activity, like, the way of transportation, the products group sent more frequently and the number of loads sent to each operator. After collection and data analysis of one distribution month, was verified that the volume shipping products to the operators represents 39% of total production in the five plants, these, 28% are from meat products and only 11% from milk products, showing that the pork meat derivatives have greater expressiveness in sales, fact that may be caused by the higher volume of raw material in the process input. Another noted important point during the study is that the most loads sent was with products from the colds group, both individual and mixed loads.
