Resumen
Storytelling is the name given to the act of tell histories, present in humanity since its inception. The way the man appropriated the narrative in order to share his knowledge, kept alive the cultural diversity of the peoples to the present day. The connection obtained with this narrative is the object sought by the brands currently facing the identification of the need for greater emotional connection with the audience. This study aims to present the concept of storytelling, relate how the fashion segment brands can take advantage of using the same in their respective managements and communication with the consumer, and a conceptual product development method using the techniques of storytelling.
