Abstract

This monograph presents a theoretical and practical study about the comics focusing on their development process. Presents the history of comics and some examples of published works that are related to the genre of Fantasy. Shows from the beginning all the steps necessary to create a comic book, involving materials, graphic processes, digital processes, study of theories and analysis of materials already created by other artists. Discusses the difficulties in the production process of the magazine and the best alternatives to develop each step. Brings as a result of the study the best way for a person with no experience developing a comic printed in magazine format. It also presents the prototype of the magazine printed by digital graphics.
