Public-private action in the promotion of innovation, competition and the dissemination of technology standards related to the telecommunications and information technology and communication markets

Abstract

In this article, eminently bibliographic, synergies between innovation and competition are put in analysis in order to better understand the influences they exert on the dissemination of technological standards (especially those related to Telecommunications and Information and Communication Technologies) and how public-private action (from the activities of the Markets and Governments) has reconsidered these dynamics in the changes experienced over the last decades.
