Resumen
In order to avoid or reduce the risks of occupational accidents, the agencies in force in the country set minimum safety conditions that the employer must provide to their employees. These conditions are described by the regulated standards, the NR-12. This standard, created in 1978, has undergone major changes recently, or has forced some companies to take steps to adapt. During this study, conducted in the textile industry Jéssi Malhas, in the city of Imbituva, Paraná, use as its main objective to identify, score and, when possible, correct possible non-conformities, keep a company fully in compliance with the regulated standard and thus leaving its safer employees in your work environment. During the development of the current work, it was found flaws in the machine distribution design, or what affected the editing structure. The entire factory has been refurbished and relocated, some machines have been discarded and replaced with new ones and others have been refurbished to meet the requirements of the regulated standard. With all this work, the result was higher than expected. In addition to improving employee safety, greater comfort and quality was achieved in most parts of the factory, improving thermal and acoustic comfort.
