Resumen
The transient stability analysis in electric power systems is very important for the correct functioning of the system. When there is an occurrence of a given disorder in the system, through this analysis is possible to verify in which conditions the same occurred, in addition to assisting in the repair of possible alternatives in order to maintain or return to stability of the electric power system. With the advent of technology and the increasing demand from consumers, the electrical systems has become increasingly complex, because of aggregate and interconnect increasingly elements as a whole. Consequently, the analysis has also become more complex. As a result, the Center for Research and Energy or simply CEPEL has developed computational tools, wich ones have been widely used by companies in the electricity sector, in order to assist and facilitate the analyzes. To perform the analysis of electromechanical transients, for example, CEPEL developed ANATEM program (Analysis of Electromechanical Transients). This program with the help of other interfaces, such as iANATEM, Plot CEPEL and Edit CDU allows the user, in a practical way, a more precise analysis and detailed system under study. Thus, the objective of this work is to develop a didactic tutorial about ANATEM to the user, showing how it is could be used to analysis of electromechanical transients, as well as the interfaces that incorporate this program, through simulations of cases on ANATEM.
