Implantando um PCEP: programa de controle de energias perigosas na fase de concepção e planejamento de uma nova indústria

Abstract

This work aims to demonstrate that the prevention vision should be implemented during the design and planning of a new industry of subsea equipment, in the oil and gas area in Curitiba/Paraná, before the construction of the new site; with focus on the worker global protection. This proposal is based on a strong labor accidents prevention and risks analysis of the enterprise and also strongly interconnected with all disciplines of engineering and design phase, for the construction. The planning and implementation of a PCEP program - Dangerous Energy Control, known as LOTO - Lock Out / Tag Out", during the design phase of the project, aims to proactively identify the points of dangerous energies and thus advance to predict the physical identification and locking systems, that can protect workers against hurtful action of dangerous energies.
