Resumen
This work had as its theme the high turnover of contractors within the service area of public services and main objective is to identify the reasons why these employees request the shutdown work. To achieve this goal, we developed an electronic survey sent to the qualitative and former employees who played the public service activities in San Jose Poupatempo fields and who requested termination of their functions. The work is being developed in three stages: the identification of respondents, the development and application of research and tabulation of the responses. It was found that, in the specific case Poupatempo Sao Jose dos Campos, the salary issue was essential to maintain the rate of staff turnover high, but several other factors also contributed to this situation. It is concluded that the process of outsourcing and staffing should be better observed for one to minimize the impacts caused by the constant exchange of staff of an organization that wants to maintain levels of excellence in customer service.
