Resumen
This monography presents the design and implementation of a hybrid power amplifier, used for management of signals provided by an electric bass guitar. Using both vacuum tubes and solid state components, the design seeked to maintain the tonal control characteristics attributed to a tube amplifier, but eliminating the necessity of use of power tubes and load coupling transformer. After theoretical analysis, the computational simulations using the LTSpice software were performed, allowing the observation and validation of the proposed amplifier’s circuit. The results obtained with the practical implementation of the prototype are presented and dicussed, leading to the conclusion that of propposed hybrid amplifier has attained the objectives specified.
