Resumen
We are faced with a time of many changes and transformations and we have undergone several evolutions in the business area, but the great revolution that is done is in the people. It is necessary to have a team prepared and that brings results to the company. Evolution makes companies prepare their talents for the increasingly competitive market. Training people to perform their duties is paramount, but thinking about human development, preparing these people to internalize the company's mission, vision and goals is a strategic thinking for organizational culture. This research has the objective of conducting a study on training and human development and organizational culture in 8 companies from different fields of activity, located in Pato Branco - PR, in order to contribute to the reflection on the theme of Human Training and Development. Training and development today has proven important so that companies can prepare their employees to better perform their duties and also improve the relationship with their co-workers and directors. At the end of this study it was possible to observe that the training becomes a tool for the development of both the company and the employees.
