Resumen
In a web environment few sites have structure and content accessible to all kinds of users. The suitability of them are necessary to promote an equal web environment. The WCAG 2.0 has established a set of guidelines that make a page be accessible to any user, but not set a procedure for implementing these. In the literature have been created some procedures like the Pantaneiro framework, ACCESSA, WebML and PDWAU, which do not establish a process that guidelines should be applied first on a page. This paper presents a process containing five activities that assist the developer during the adaptation of their web pages for contain guidelines of WCAG 2.0. One of the contributions of the process is that contains an activity that allows the creator of pages to define the guidelines should be implemented first. This is performed using the Alpert measurement activity scale that uses three-dimensional evaluation (presence, importance and satisfaction) to determine the interest of the company to meet certain special needs. The proposed process was used for the adaptation of the pages of Sales Price Formation Framework(FrameMK), because not contain in his design accessibility guidelines. The major advantages of using the proposed process are: determine what special needs must be attended priority, determine which accessibility guidelines are related to these special needs and use up the implementation mechanism of the accessibility guidelines to insert them into web page that is be developed.
