Aplicação do modelo Lean Six Sigma no processo de logística

Abstract

This work features the implementation of the Model LSS (Lean Six Sigma) in the logistics process, focused on improving the delivery of goods. This work compiled the use of some of the tools which are part of the Model LSS, in order to obtain the most assertive results. The propose of this work was based on some researches about this topic and It was also based on the contents taught by the teach er´s team of Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná. The analysis was based on data and numbers used in the logistics area, só, the information base seems as close to the reality. And which It could predict the decisions, and the possible calculation of results. Thus, the work becomes solid and relevant in the proposed field, promoting not only the relevance of the use of Six Sigma Model, as well as a sample of how it can be implemented in delivery service.
