A importância da elaboração do laudo técnico de condições ambientais pelo engenheiro de segurança do trabalho

Abstract

This article presents a proposal for the preservation of the Technical Report on Environmental Working Conditions to be carried out by the safety engineer or occupational physician. First, the importance of LTCAT for the safety of workers will be demonstrated. Next, the theoretical reference will have as purpose the clarification of subjects of high importance concerning the risks of accidents that occur in the companies. The application of the LTCAT becomes relevant in the companies due to the direct interest that it has in relation to the safety legislation in Brazil.
