Indicadores para avaliação de equipe de manutenção

Abstract

The present study aims the development of indicators for the individual assessment of industry maintenance professionals. Through collected data in a metallurgical company, equations were developed to assess indexes that portray the individual performance such as efficiency, speed, support and moral. These indexes were organized through weighted average due to the maturity of the team and the company’s objective in order to create the performance indicator. By analyzing the indicator it becomes possible to identify the maintainers that present a performance below the established goal and thus, map the improvement actions.
