Metodologia analítica para identificação de heptacloro

Abstract

The clandestine use of pesticides has been contaminating the urban sewage. The sludge is a problem of logistics in the post treatment of urban and industrial. The provision of agriculture - use as fertilizer - this biosolids rich in carbon, nitrogen and micronutrients derived from the high organic load is a solution used for final disposal. The heptachlor, class of persistent organic pollutants that are lipophilic and bioaccumulate, is one of the possible contaminants this sludge. In this context, the aim of this study was to develop an analytical methodology, using the technique of gas chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry to determine the pesticide heptachlor in sewage sludge, using as the standard interoperable decaclorobifenil. To identify the pattern decaclorobifenila was obtained linear correlation coefficient of 0.9945 for the equation line y = 4x-10 - 0,995. We carried out a recovery test for contamination of the sample with 1 mL of decaclorobifenila to 130 ppm for 3 minutes and extraction with hexane: propanone [1:1] or ultrasonic obtain recoveries of 84 and 92%.
