Uma análise do sistema de ordenha voluntário frente à NR12

Abstract

Currently the main concern of security professionals work is the reduction of risks and thus the number of accidents at work, which meant countless losses to all segments of society. This study aims to examine the installation and use of a machine known as voluntary milking system on a dairy farm in the municipality of Castro/PR, actions and adjustments to the machine in front matter the requirements of NR 12. The proposal is to analyze these parameters front of a check list, verifying for possible improvements to the safety of operators and especially for the staff responsible for the maintenance of the machines. The theme was developed from research in complementary bibliography along with the use of the check list compiled for the job and machine study and analysis of the results obtained in situ. After applying the checklist, it was identified that the facility and equipment meet partially, to the present requirements in NR -12, and by piecemeal adjustments will be able meet Brazilian safety and signaling in machinery and equipment.
